Jenny Lawrence

Married mother of one child, aged 5. I have four years recruitment experience at a senior level, as well as having a wealth of organisational/PA experience throughout my working life.

As a mother whose daughter was in day nursery from the age of six months to three years, I can realise the benefits of bringing up our children in a home environment. I am responsible for all London based recruitment at Jennifer Lawrence.

Married with two grown up daughters, I have spent the past 25 years juggling family home and career.

As a mother I understand the importance of identifying, recruiting and retaining excellent childcare that meets our children’s needs whilst complimenting our lifestyle and family values.

As a businesswoman I understand that a demanding career can often insist on taking priority. It has always been essential that I feel confident in the knowledge that my children are in good hands so I am able to deal calmly and confidently with daily challenges.

The very special people I have engaged to help me have enabled Victoria, 24 and Charlotte, 22, to grow up to be happy, self assured, talented and successful as my husband and I developed our own careers.

My role within the Jennifer Lawrence Agency is to extend the benefits of my experience to today’s professional family.
